15 minutes in the sauna is a $20 add-on to a herbal body wrap. In the private room, the sauna paired with body rollers or pressotherapy is $115 for 60 minutes, and all three together are $155 for 90 minutes.

Who should skip the herbal steam sauna?

If you’re pregnant, have a heart condition, low or high blood pressure, or are recovering from surgery, speak with a physician first and tell us before booking.

Before or after my treatment?
