  • Recovery

How the Treatment Works
You move through 15 guided positions on the roller across 45 minutes. Each position targets a different area — legs, glutes, abdomen, back, arms — with mechanical rolling that works the tissue and stimulates circulation. No preparation, no undressing beyond comfortable clothing, no downtime afterwards.
What to Expect?
Most clients leave feeling lighter and looser. An energising, rhythmic 45 minutes. Body Rollers work best as a regular habit rather than a one-off — which is why most clients move onto a package.
Who Should Skip It
Speak with a physician first if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or have a heart condition, blood clots or an acute injury, and tell us before booking.

Body Roller Reviews

Alise V.

Body Roller Massage

Such an amazing experience! I tried the roller massage, compression therapy and steam sauna in a private room and absolutely loved it. As a professional athlete, my muscles tend to hold a lot of tension and get extremely tight, so recovery is a big part of my routine. I was genuinely impressed by how much better my body felt afterward. It really helped release muscle tension, relax my body and support recovery. The whole experience felt private, relaxing, and incredibly effective. Definitely something I’ll be coming back for!

Body Roller Massage: Questions, Answered

How much is a body roller session?

A 45-minute session is $75 on Body Roller № 1 or № 2; a trial for new clients is $50. A package of 8 is $290 and a package of 12 is $390, valid 3 months. Private room sessions that pair rollers with the herbal steam sauna or pressotherapy start at $115.

Who shouldn't use the body rollers?

Most people, but not all. If you’re pregnant, recovering from surgery, or have a heart condition, blood clots, or an acute injury, speak with a physician first and tell us before booking.

How often should I come?

Two to three times a week is where most clients see the best results. That’s why the packages exist.

What should I wear for body rollers?

Comfortable athletic clothing. Nothing to change into, nothing to remove.

How do I book body rollers or a package?

Book Body Roller № 1 or № 2 (45 minutes, $75), a trial for new clients ($50), or a package of 8 ($290) or 12 ($390), valid 3 months. Want the room to yourself? Book a private studio session instead. Deposit and rescheduling terms are in our Studio Policies.

Can I combine body rollers with other treatments?

Yes — and it’s actually best used that way. Combine Body Rollers with something that works the tissue further, like the Herbal Steam Sauna to sweat and relax, or a Body Wrap to finish the session. In the Private Wellness Room you can combine it with the Herbal Steam Sauna and Pressotherapy — see the private options above.

Is it a workout?

Not exactly — the machine does the work. But it’s active, and most clients feel it.
